Annual elections of the Ronks fire Company were held on Monday December 10th. The officers for 2008 are:

12/12/07 - New Engine Update

At the October 2006 company meeting, President Carl Gehman appointed an apparatus committee for the replacement of the current Engine 4-8-2 in accordance with the East Lampeter Township Apparatus Replacement plan. After 13 months of research and design, the fire company approved the purchase of a Pierce Arrow XT / PUC pumper. The purchase still needs to be approved by the East Lampeter Township Emergency Services Committee and also the East Lampeter Board of Supervisors and should be completed within the next week. Some unit features are: fully enclosed (6) person cab, 1500 gpm pump with pump and roll feature, 1000 gallon water tank and rescue style stainless steel body.
